refactor(vim): remove puppet and auto-pairs plugins
Now that I am fully on the configz train, I no longer need to use all the puppet stuff. Also, now that I am using copilot more auto-pairs seem to be getting in the way. This removes that plugin so we can put them in manually. TBH after using auto-pairs for quite some time, I can't get any of them to work correctly for me.
